Synopsis
When a sullen ten-year-old's family stumbles into an abandoned theme park, her parents are transformed and she's stranded in a hidden world of spirits, ruled by a greedy witch and run as a bathhouse for the gods. To survive and save her family, she takes a job there and slowly finds her courage. Hayao Miyazaki's Oscar-winning fantasy is endlessly inventive, gorgeously hand-drawn, and rightly considered one of the greatest animated films ever made.
